This is a traditional Japanese house built in the Taisho era. It has a solid structure with plenty of chestnut wood used for the pillars and foundation. The house retains various charming features throughout. However, there is a leak in the kitchen ceiling that requires repair. The property is being sold as-is, with the furniture to be removed by the buyer. The main house was constructed in 1917, the barn in 1954, and the warehouse in 1979. The area experiences heavy snowfall during winter. It has access roads that are cleared of snow, and it is located outside the landslide hazard area.
